Induction Loops
An induction loop will be installed at the Accessibility Box Office, Information Tent, and a designated area in the Panel Talks Tent.
British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters
We are investigating BSL options for this event. If you require this service, please email accessibility@teamlove.org.
Assistance Dogs
We’re happy to welcome trained assistance dogs to our event! There will be a designated area
for your dog to relieve themselves and drink water. If you’re planning to bring your assistance dog, please let us know on your application form before the event. We want to ensure everything goes smoothly when you arrive, so you may be asked to provide supporting documentation regarding your dog's training.
Strobes
Please note that strobe effects will be used at this event. However, there will not be any specific announcements prior to their use.
Accessoloo
Accessoloo is an on-site changing facility with a toilet, hoist, and changing table that will be joining us. Please bring your sling if you wish to use the hoist.
Medical Services and Welfare Area
We have an onsite Medical and Welfare Tents with trained staff.
Diverse Sensory Calm Space
In addition, Diverse UK has provided an on-site sensory breakout space. This space aims to provide a safe, low-level stimulation and recalibration zone for people on the Autistic Spectrum or those who need a place to have a moment of calm without having to leave the festival.

Please note: The disabled access facilities are for festival goers with permanent disabilities – pregnancy and recent injuries such as broken legs, hip replacements, etc do not qualify.
Forwards Festival takes accessibility seriously, so a few Mystery Shopper tickets will be available to disabled customers.
